1990	1990.08	Participated in the establishment of Wei Dong Ferry Co., Ltd. with China under joint investment for Car-Ferry services between Korea and China.

1991	1991.01	Deployed M/V "Korean Express" Built under 15th P.S.P in Korea-Japan liner route.

1992	1992.05	Moved the Head Office to Kangnam-Ku.

1994	1994.02	Busan Express Firstly inaugurated Busan-Qingdao Liner Route as Korea flag ship.
	1994.03	Purchased Chemical Tanker "Pan Con Ace" and run the chemical tanker service.
	1994.10	Built 342TEU Class M/V "Asia Express" of full container service.

1995	1995.04	Changed general agent in Japan to Mon Containers, Ltd.
	1995.07	Deployed M/V "Korean Express" in Busan-Qingdao Liner route and Opened Incheon-Japan Container Liner Route by M/V "Busan Express".

1997	1997.05	Received the internationally recognized ISM Code and ISO9002 certification for the safe operation of ships and marine transportation service.

	1981.08	Deployed "Asian Summit" with MOL into the Korea-West Africa route on the BBC/HP condition.

1983	1983.11	Changed firm name to "Pan Continental Shipping Co., Ltd."

1984	1984.09	Added International Freight Forwarding, Ship's broker, Ship's husband, Cargo Broking Agency & Storage Business in the business line.

1986	1986.12	Established "Bum Joo International Co., Ltd." as one of the affiliated companies, separated from Pan Continental Shipping Co., Ltd.

1988	1988.12	Built 175TEU Class M/V "New Busan Express" and deployed her on a maiden voyage into the Korea-Japan sea route.
